Gift Certificate

Can I purchase or redeem a gift certificate online?
Yes. We have both paper and electronic gift certificates available in the denomination of your choice. If you’d like to order one now, click here.

How are gift certificates shipped?
Paper gift certificates are shipped through the United States Postal Service, postage is complimentary.

Is there an expiration date on the certificate?
Your gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I add onto the balance of an existing gift certificate?
Yes, but your expiration date remains the same as from your first date of purchase.

Can a gift certificate be exchanged for cash?
No.

What if I lose a gift certificate or would like to know my balance?

Product Inquiries

I have food allergies. How do I find out whether your coffees are safe for me?
All of our coffees are gluten-free, but SOME of our flavored coffees do contain minimal traces of products linked to food allergies such as sulfites, corn and/or chocolate products. Not ALL of our flavored coffees contain these products, so please call 800-233-5443 or email info@bbcoffee.com and we’ll check for you specifically.

Can I choose what type of grind I'd like?
Yes! We offer whole bean, drip, espresso and coarse grinds. Simply choose from the drop-down box before you place the coffee in your shopping cart.

How are your coffees decaffeinated?
We use three methods. Our flavored coffees utilize the European process. Some of our Signature roasts use the Mountain Water Process. Some of our Signature roasts use the Swiss Water Process. The Mountain Water and Swiss Water Process are natural processes using no solvents. If you have further questions, please call us at 800-233-5443 or email info@bbcoffee.com and we’d be happy to explain these processes more in depth for you.

What coffees do you have available in decaf?
All of our 12 oz. flavored coffees and many of our World Coffees are available in decaf.


What coffees do you sell that have a lower acidity?
Many of our Central and South American roasts are lower in acidity. Please call 800-233-5443 or email us at info@bbcoffee.com for more in-depth information.

What is Berres Brothers’ return policy?

How do I have a gift order shipped to another address?
Once you begin the checkout process, You will be asked"How many addresses will you be shipping to?". Once you enter all the addresses, you will have the opportunity to assign product to the addresses you’ve entered into your account information.

How do I include a gift message?
Once you begin the checkout process, there will be a field you may enter a gift message for each address you send an order to.

How can I check the status of a gift order placed online?
You will need to have your order ID number which is displayed at the top of the order confirmation you received via email, your email address and your ZIP code. Click here to check your order status now, or you can click the “Order Status” link at the top of the home page.

How can I view my gift recipients?
Once you’ve created an account, simply log on and click “Shipping Addresses.”

What shipping options are available?
We ship United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service each business day. Please keep in mind that orders placed today will be processed to ship Monday thru Saturday. We only ship via the United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or by special request. For more information on shipping, click here.

How are shipping charges determined?
Rates are determined directly via UPS and USPS current live data and include handling charges. Please allow 3-10 days for standard ground delivery. UPS 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air Saver® are also available during the check-out process. Any special shipping offers do not apply to shipping rates outside of the contiguous United States. Please call 800-233-5443 or email info@bbcoffee.com concerning any questions about expedited shipping options, and we’ll make sure to get your order delivered accordingly.

Can an order be shipped to an APO/FPO or PO Box address?
Yes. Please call 800-233-5443 or email info@bbcoffee.com, and we'd be happy to help you place your order.


Can I ship to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the contiguous United States?
Yes, We will ship the most economical way. The special shipping rates do not apply to shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the contiguous United States. Please call 800-233-5443 or email info@bbcoffee.com concerning any questions about shipping options outside the contiguous United States, and we’ll make sure to get your order delivered accordingly.


Can I ship to multiple addresses?
